Materials
- We use extremely stable and corrosion-resistant steels for our filters and sieves, such as:
- stainless steel mesh
- synthetic mesh
- fleece
- membrane
The minimum mesh width of our metal sieves is approx. 5 µm, and with plastic sieves the mesh width is only approx. 1 µm. (1 µm = 0.001 mm).
Production methods
Our production can be designed to be manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic. Any filter contours are possible in tissue preparation using freely programmable laser technology. Depending on the requirements, production can also take place under clean room conditions.
