Fields of application

For the vehicle interior, we produce storage areas or shift gates. For the engine compartment, we have engine compartment covers and housings, as well as screens and filters. For the vehicle exterior, we produce parts of the bumper or covers for automobile production.

Production

In order to be able to produce all the plastic parts that the automobile manufacturers need, we employ a variety of production processes – from multi-component injection moulding through to the insert technology for the production of hybrid parts.

 

Materials

Our material portfolio ranges from engineering plastics (PA, PBT, ABS) through to high-temperature materials (PPA, PPS, PPSU and PEEK). We also use standard materials (PE, PP) and filled materials.

Our qualified staff members carry out complex calculations for you and design your plastic mouldings. We use techniques such as Mold-Flow, rapid prototyping and proto-tooling. For you this means: Short lead times, cost-saving production and compliance with the demanded injection moulding part quality.

Mould Manufacturing

  • Moulds 60 x 60 – 1000 x 1200 mm and 7 t
  • 5-axis simultaneous milling, HDC and HSC millers
  • CAD/CAM networking at all workstations

    large and small moulds

Only when the moulds are of the highest quality can series production costs and downline costs be minimised. With our modern, highly efficient plant, we can produce top quality high-tech moulds.
